ERROR: Could not connect to docbase ...
The Documentum error " Could not connect to docbase (xxx) at host (documentum) because (Winsock error: connection refused; server probably not running), Network address: (INET_ADDR: family: 2, port; 8501, host: documentum (207.135.50.219, cf8732db)). (Code: DM_SESSION_E_CANT_CONNECT) occurs when you are having trouble connecting to the Documentum server.
Please contact Technical Support Operations and give them the name of the docbase which is in the error message above in place of the "xxx".
