The Information Technology (I.T.) Organization is the internal support organization which is responsible for planning, designing, building, implementing and maintaining the technology which constitutes the information/ communications systems for PeopleSoft. Written policies ensure consistent communication and implementation of these responsibilities. To provide consistency in presentation there is even a policy on the writing and approval of IT policies. Click on this image icon to see a flow chart of the Information Technology policy approval process. The process for creating begins with drafting the policy in the required format. The progress of processing the proposed policy is tracked by the IT Policy Sign-off sheet.
